How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

Is it free to sell on Bazar?

Listing items is completely free. We only charge a small success fee when your item sells. See our Terms of Service for the fee schedule.

How does the bidding process work?

In an auction, you enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay. Our system automatically bids for you in small increments up to your limit.

What payment methods are supported?

We support TWINT, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfers. For local pickups, cash is also an option if agreed upon.

How do I report a suspicious user?

Go to the user's profile and click the 'Report' button (flag icon). Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Can I cancel a purchase?

Purchases are binding contracts. However, if you have a valid reason, please contact the seller immediately via the chat function to discuss a cancellation.

How do I change my username?

You can change your username once every 30 days in your profile settings.
