In an auction, you enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay. Our system automatically bids for you in small increments up to your limit.
We support TWINT, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfers. For local pickups, cash is also an option if agreed upon.
Go to the user's profile and click the 'Report' button (flag icon). Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Purchases are binding contracts. However, if you have a valid reason, please contact the seller immediately via the chat function to discuss a cancellation.
You can change your username once every 30 days in your profile settings.
